The main goal of this activity is to leverage the collective experience and knowledge to support the development of a more streamlined, fair and effective appeals process based on the latest trade mark law in Georgia

This activity will organise a study visit in tentatively 2 Member States, with EU Customs for an ‘on the job’ exchange of best practices to learn working procedures at different EU strategic points; airports, ports and relevant offices, based on case incidents and specific risk analysis.

The objective of this initiative will be to support, foster and reward creation, innovation and entrepreneurship throughout IP. To this end, an innovation competition will be organised, recognising the finest projects or ideas protected by IP rights and through the conferment of an award.
