European Intellectual Property Prosecutors Network (EIPPN) workshop in WIPO

The objective of the EIPPN, which covers cooperation among EU Member States, Eurojust and other stakeholders, is to share knowledge and expertise to improve the collective investigating and prosecuting capacity to address cross-border violations of IPR. This network, extended to EU candidate countries, paves the way for a strategic cooperation agreement among members of the network to expand existing collaboration in the support of European (and international) prosecutors working with cases concerning violations of IP rights, with a special focus on online marketplaces.
