Fifth Virtual Community Expert Meeting with MERCOSUR and Chile IPOs: Empowering IP Offices: Leveraging EUIPO Tools for Enhanced Trade Mark Management

The overarching objective of this activity series is to establish virtual community groups that enable MERCOSUR, Chilean, and EU IPOs to regularly meet, exchange best practices, and jointly develop innovative, user-oriented IP solutions. Through continuous collaboration and shared technical insights, the series promotes a best-practice-based approximation across participating offices, leading to stronger, more harmonized approaches to patent, trade mark, and design management.

This specific technical workshop addresses the benefits and functionalities of the EUIPO flagship tool to manage trade marks, TMview, to fully exploit their potential. Additionally, it seeks to open a dialogue space where the IP offices of MERCOSUR and Chile can share their own experiences using EUIPO flagships.
