Paraguay joins TMview

The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the National Directorate of Intellectual Property of Paraguay (DINAPI) have successfully concluded the integration of DINAPI’s trade mark data in TMview on 15 December 2025.

Solidarity with Thailand and Indonesia, and extension of deadlines following devastating floods

The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) expresses its condolences and solidarity with the people of the Kingdom of Thailand and the Republic of Indonesia in the aftermath of torrential rains and severe flooding, which have caused extensive loss of life, widespread destruction of villages and infrastructure, and the displacement of hundreds of thousands of people.

Ad hoc support at Ukraine’s leading IP and innovation forum

The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) co-organised and participated in the fourth National Forum on Intellectual Property and Innovation – IP LET Forum 2025. The event titled ‘Intellectual Property: Law, Economy, Technology’ took place on 27 November in Kyiv, Ukraine. 

João Negrão, Executive Director of the EUIPO, delivered a video address at the opening session, reaffirming the EUIPO’s commitment to supporting Ukraine’s innovation system and IP environment.

From Origin to Market: Strengthening Geographical Indications for Rural Development and Sustainability

Phnom Penh, Cambodia, 8–10 December 2025 - The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), through the SCOPE IPR project, in cooperation with the ASEAN Member States’ IP Offices, organised a three-day regional workshop on “From Origin to Market: Best Practices in the Protection, Commercialisation, and Marketing of Geographical Indications (GIs).”
