Support to legislative alignment with EU acquis in Moldova: legal comparative analysis and drafting law amendments/regulations on copyrights and related rights

In line with the commitments of the DCFTA and the EU accession process, the purpose of this activity is to ensure follow-up on the Georgian alignment process with EU legislation on copyrights and related rights. This analysis will assess the level of alignment between European and Georgian law and identify discrepancies between the two systems. The expected result is to analyse the respective differences between the two legal frameworks with the ultimate objective of facilitate a set of recommendations for amendments to law and by-laws to align with the EU acquis.
