The main ARISE+ IPR programme partners are the 10 ASEAN IP Offices and the ASEAN Secretariat.
In addition, the project is in constant consultation with other key stakeholders in the region such as (a) the European Union Delegation to Thailand (EUD), the European Union to Indonesia and Brunei Darussalam, the EU Mission to ASEAN; (b) other ASEAN dialogue partners such as the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the Japan Patent Office (JPO), (c) and other entities, such as the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and European Chambers of Commerce in each ASEAN Member State, among others.
The key beneficiaries for the programme are IP administrations, enforcement agencies, enterprises and the general public.
