Support in the integration of IP tools for the management of TM and ID, in particular Front Office, CESTO and User Satisfaction Survey (USS)

Between February 18th - 19th 2019, ARISE+ IPR team organized the 6th ASEAN IT Consultation meeting with the participation of all ten ASEAN Member States. The meeting focused on the maintenance and sustainability of the ASEAN IT tools: ASEAN TMview, ASEAN DesignView, and ASEAN TMclass.  These tools were developed to improve the quality and transparency of IP services in the region. A support mechanism to ensure the continued availability and data quality as a way of improving overall user experience was also discussed.
