On 17 May 2022, the Africa IP SME Helpdesk is organising the webinar, ‘Protecting your IPR in Kenya’. Trade mark owners in Kenya may rely on Customs as well as the Anti-Counterfeit Authority (ACA) to prevent counterfeit goods from entering the local market. The new compulsory recordal of the intellectual property rights of imported goods with the ACA will also be discussed.
