Regional IP Enforcement Summit

Taking place in October 2026, the Regional IP Enforcement Summit brings together enforcement authorities, IP offices, rights holders, industry representatives, regional partners and EU experts to strengthen cooperation in addressing IP infringement and counterfeiting across ASEAN Member States. Building on the 2025 ASEAN Enforcement Forum in Jakarta, the summit continues efforts to bolster regional enforcement networks and support the work of the ASEAN Network of IPR Enforcement Experts.

Aligned with Strategic Measure 4 of the ASEAN IPR Action Plan 2026-2030, the summit fosters dialogue and collaboration among public and private sector stakeholders to increase respect for IP and compliance. Discussions will focus on emerging challenges in both physical and digital markets, including online counterfeiting and piracy, and will explore innovative, technology-driven approaches to enforcement. The summit will also provide a platform for identifying practical and coordinated solutions to strengthen national and cross-border enforcement mechanisms, contributing to a more secure and innovative IP system across ASEAN Member States.
