IP Mediation Seminar

This activity aims to enhance the soft skills and technical expertise of ASEAN mediators, ensuring they are equipped to resolve IP disputes effectively. The seminar will be open to ASEAN IP office representatives, lawyers, in-house counsels, judges, small business owners, alternative dispute resolution training providers and academia.

Supporting Initiative 13.1 of the ASEAN IPR Action Plan, which focuses on providing resources and directories for handling complex IP disputes, this activity contributes to improving mediation practices and dispute resolution in the region.
