On-demand support for studies, gap analysis and research on intellectual property
Running from May 2026 to February 2027, this activity provides on-demand support for research and gap analyses on key IP issues identified by ASEAN Member States. Designed to inform evidence-based policymaking and strengthen institutional performance, the activity enables ASEAN IP Offices to explore specific topics for developing more effective and responsive IP systems. Areas of focus include legislative frameworks, operational improvements and emerging IP trends relevant to the region.
As part of broader coordination efforts for ASEAN IPR Action Plan 2026-2030, this initiative supports ASEAN’s broader objective of building a more integrated and innovation-driven IP landscape.
