Consultations with customs authorities on enforcement approximation
A consultation meeting with Georgian customs authorities will be held on 25 February 2022 to discuss the ‘Comparative analysis on the enforcement of IPRs’ drafted under the EU Georgia Intellectual Property Project.
This event will gather representatives from relevant customs authorities in Georgia along with Sakpatenti and the expert involved in the EUGIPP’s activity ‘Comparative analysis between the EU and Georgian enforcement legislations and guidelines for enforcement officers’.
The main objective is to discuss the relevant deliverables to further align the Georgian IP enforcement legislation with the EU and strengthen the enforcement practices of Georgian customs authorities.
