IP awareness and enforcement forum in Armenia

This forum is organised to bring together European and decision-makers, law enforcement authorities, multinational companies, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, rightsholders’ representatives, and other relevant players to discuss ways to improve protection and enforcement of IP rights.

This event is an opportunity to strengthen inter-institutional cooperation and intensify efforts to ensure a conducive environment for innovation and the enforcement of IP rights. The purpose will be to promote the exchange of information on legislation and practices for the surveillance of IP infringements and counterfeit at the border, internal and digital market.

The forum will seek to establish the best practices for the identification of counterfeit products, the efficiency in the use and risk analysis and assessment methods. The activity will provide an opportunity to strengthen cooperation avenues for law enforcement professionals as well as showcase good practices on criminal, civil and customs enforcement and prosecution of IP rights infringements, including in the digital environment.
