Enhancing cooperation among judicial and IP enforcement stakeholders through participation in the 6th IP Case Law Conference

As part of its first Annual Work Programme, the project supported the participation of key stakeholders from the Western Balkans in the 6th IP Case Law Conference, held on 21 22 May in Alicante. Their participation provided a valuable opportunity to enhance dialogue with other IP offices, judges, prosecutors and enforcement authorities, while promoting convergence in the interpretation and application of IP law.

Organised by the EUIPO Boards of Appeal, the IP Case Law Conference is an annual event fostering dialogue on evolving IP case-law and enforcement in Europe and beyond. Under the theme ‘Growing through change’, the 2026 edition explored the evolving legal landscape of intellectual property with a particular focus on the latest trade mark, design, copyright and domain name jurisprudence.
