Online training for IPO staff on TM opposition proceedings

On 24 January 2023, CarIPI organised a training session on “TM opposition proceedings and hearings” directed at intellectual property (IP) examiners from the CARIFORUM IP offices. The training is expected to strengthen the technical capacities and skills on TM examination, with particular focus on TM opposition proceedings for effective administration of IP systems at the national, regional and international levels.

This online training is part of CarIPI’s Annual Work Plan 4, activity 7: Specialised Training for IPO Examiners and other IP stakeholders.
