Exchange of best practices on developing sustainable business operation models for ASEAN IP offices
ARISE+ IPR organised a 2-day online workshop to exchange best practices, among ASEAN IP offices, on business operation and management, especially in streamlining business operation and teleworking mechanisms. The workshop was held on 14 and 15 December 2021. It featured:
- a general introduction on streamlining business processes and teleworking mechanisms;
- the EUIPO’s experience with its online service and teleworking mechanisms;
- ASEAN IP offices’ experience;
- a roundtable discussion on recommendations and conclusions.
