Launch event: ‘Actions to promote the business environment in green technologies: innovation, intellectual property and sustainability’
The AL-INVEST Verde IPR Programme carries out the Launching Event on the actions carried out in the framework of the EUROCLIMA+ Programme, ‘Building a national and regional strategy for the development and adoption of sustainable technologies’, led by the National Institute of Industrial Property Brazil (INPI) and the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC).
This event is jointly organised by INPI Brazil, the Ministry of Development, Trade and Services, AL-INVEST Verde IPR, ECLAC, the World Intellectual Property Organisation, the Brazilian Centre for Management and Strategic Studies and the Royal Danish Embassy in Brazil.
This event is aimed at members of the green innovation ecosystem in Latin America and Europe, including entrepreneurs, public and private research centres, technology transfer managers and investors, among others.
The Launch Day will be inaugurated by high-level Brazilian authorities, representatives of the European Union and international organisations specialised in intellectual property.
There will be panel discussions on:
- the importance of green innovation for Latin American companies;
- institutional and financial support for green innovation;
- success strategies for sustainable innovative businesses and intellectual property rights;
- innovation and gender.
