Follow-up training course on IP scan services for Sakpatenti staff

On 30 June 2022, Sakpatenti and EUGIPP will organise a follow-up session examining the conclusions of the training course on IP pre-diagnostic (IP scan) services for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) held on 4-5 May 2022. The purpose of the follow-up will be to put into practice what was learned in the previous course and to further discuss how to support SMEs that wish to protect their IP rights.

Stakeholder consultation with Georgian authorities on enforcement guidelines and law amendments

On 6 June 2022, the EU Georgia Intellectual Property project (EUGIPP) and Sakpatenti (the National Intellectual Property Center of Georgia) will organise another stakeholder consultation to discuss the draft guidelines and law amendments related to IP rights enforcement practices. This capacity-building event will target representatives from relevant enforcement state authorities.
