Support to ANIEE in Raising Awareness on IP Rights Infringements

This activity focuses on promoting the battle against counterfeit goods and strengthening coordination among AMS by sharing best practices. It includes supporting the ASEAN Network of IPR Enforcement Experts (ANIEE) in developing and launching a new communication campaign to raise public awareness about IP rights infringements, with a strategic framework for ASEAN in 2024-2025.

Supporting Initiative 12.1 of the ASEAN IPR Action Plan, which aims for an expanded ASEAN IP ecosystem and private sector involvement in anti-piracy campaigns, this activity also contributes to Initiatives 12.5 and 12.6 by organising regional workshops on IP rights enforcement and enhancing enforcement coordination.
