Seminar on European Trade Mark and Design Systems

The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) under the EU-RoK IP Action, and the Korean Ministry of Intellectual Property (MOIP) co-organised the “Seminar on European Trade Mark and Design Systems” on 15 October in Seoul.

Targeting Korean applicants, the seminar gathered prominent IP experts and EUIPO representatives who presented European Trade Mark (EUTM) and Design (EUD) filing strategies, recent developments in the EUTM and EUD systems (including key changes to the EU Design Law Reform), and dispute resolution and mediation procedures.
