Regional workshop on graphic representation of designs

On 15 September 2021, CarIPI organised a regional workshop to present and discuss the results of the questionnaires received from the CARIFORUM IP offices based on the Common Practice of European Union Intellectual Property Network (EUIPN) on Graphic Representation of Designs – CP6.

The aim was to assess the practice concerning graphic representation of designs in the CARIFORUM States and, after assessment, to consider developing a practice paper for the CARIFORUM IP offices. This significant output would benefit regional and international entrepreneurs who will find a more harmonised practice regarding the requirements for submitting design applications.
