Support to the development of Patent Attorney Certification in Georgia

The main objective of this activity is to support the effective implementation of the new law in Georgia on Patent attorneys and the development of a set of regulatory acts by assessing existing EU MS practices. The activity will aim at developing both an implementing regulation and the organisation of an effective training and delivery system for the different types of accreditation to certify the skillset of attorneys operating in Georgia under the new law.
