Stakeholder consultation meeting

A stakeholder consultation meeting with Georgian enforcement authorities has taken place today to talk about the comparative analysis of the EU and Georgian legislations.

Representatives from relevant enforcement authorities in Georgia along with Sakpatenti and the experts involved in the assignment ‘Comparative analysis of the EU-Georgian enforcement legislation and guidelines for enforcement officers’ attended this online event.

The aim of this meeting was to discuss the legal amendments to be drafted to further approximate Georgian and European IP enforcement regulations and the ‘administrative, border and criminal enforcement guidelines’ delivered to facilitate the daily work of IP enforcement officers in Georgia.
