Policy-level stakeholder event to promote importance of IPR

The EUGIPP main achievements will be presented during a policy-level event gathering stakeholders in the third trimester of 2021.

The objective of this activity is to promote the EU-funded project by highlighting the benefits it will bring to the Georgian IP system. It will improve the awareness among IPR users, enforcement practitioners and national media on the importance and value of IP, as well as the negative effects and risks related to counterfeiting and piracy.

The event will contribute in strengthening existing relations between the EU and Georgia and will underline the EUIPO’s support to the EU-Georgia Association Agenda on IP related matters under the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area (DCFTA).
