Webinar on Trade Mark Examination Training

On 6 June 2023, the World Intellectual Property Organization hosted a webinar on trade mark examination. It was co-organised with the CARIFORUM Intellectual Property Rights and Innovation (CarIPI) project, the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the Jamaica Intellectual Property Office and the Trinidad and Tobago Intellectual Property Office.

The aim of this online workshop was to build capacity and enhance the skillset of trade mark examiners, as well as exchange approaches with different intellectual property offices on evolving trends in trade marks examination procedures.

This event is part of CarIPI’s annual work plan 4, activity 7 ‘Specialised Training for IPO Examiners and other IP stakeholders’.
