Stakeholder consultations on Project Status and Planning

The EU–CARIFORUM Economic Partnership Agreement calls for strong institutions, coordinated action, and effective monitoring. Continuous stakeholder engagement is essential to ensure alignment, ownership, and responsiveness to the activities of CarIPI, as much as structured consultations strengthen coordination, transparency, and planning for future work plans. This is why, as a new activity under AWP2, CarIPI will hold two Project Steering Committee meetings (mid-term and end-year), elaborate recommendations from each, and provide regular online updates to CARIFORUM National Coordinators and IPOs. These meetings will serve as a platform to gather stakeholder’s feedback which will be later integrated into AWP3 planning to ensure coherence with EPA commitments and regional development priorities.
