International online forum on spirits GIs: Trends and opportunities of cooperation

On 19 October, CarIPI, oriGIn and the West Indies Rum & Spirits Producers’ Association Inc. (WIRSPA) joined forces to organise the ‘International Online Forum on Spirits GIs: Trends and Opportunities of Cooperation’.

The event brought together producers, institutions and experts to tackle the global trends and challenges in the GI spirits sector (protection, controls, promotion and sustainability). It will also be an opportunity for encouraging international cooperation activities.
