This meeting aims to showcase key results achieved in Uruguay as part of the AL-INVEST Verde IPR project related to:

1. Support to the approximation of practices in MERCOSUR Countries (I) Support to the modernisation of Guidelines and Approximation of Practices: Update of Trade Mark Guidelines in Uruguay
2. Development of a Technology Transfer (TT) / Intellectual Property Professional Certification as a Part of the Strategy to Develop Competence of Universities, Research Centres and SME’s on IP Management
3. Development of an IPR case law compendium
