Launched in 2024 under the European Union – Association of Southeast Asian Nations Sustainable Connectivity Package (EU-ASEAN SCOPE Partnership), the SCOPE Intellectual Property Rights (SCOPE IPR) aims to strengthen intellectual property (IP) protection and enforcement across the ASEAN region.
