Specialised course on trade mark guidelines and related stakeholder event

After completing the trade mark guidelines, a seminar on their application will be organised, together with a stakeholder event, in order to consolidate and promote the use of the guidelines among users.

The specialised course will concentrate on training Sakpatenti officials responsible for the application of the guidelines, while the stakeholder event will target IP attorneys, private businesses and other users.

Study visits to the EUIPO

From 22 to 24 November 2021, Sakpatenti staff visited the EUIPO’s premises in Alicante on a study trip. This visit allowed Sakpatenti representatives to meet with selected departments to familiarise themselves with the EUIPO’s procedures as a high performing IP office.
