Workshop on alternative dispute resolution – now available on the EUIPO’s learning platform

In support of the National Intellectual Property Center of Georgia (Sakpatenti), on 2 July 2021 the EU-Georgia Intellectual Property Project (EUGIPP) held a workshop on alternative dispute resolution.

The workshop was run by EUIPO specialists from the Boards of Appeal. The event recordings are now available on the project website in English and Georgian as well as on the EUIPO learning portal.

The workshop is divided over three sessions so as to present three different aspects: the different mediation techniques, the duties of a mediator, and a practical mediation case study in a trade mark matter.
