EUIPO and SAKPATENTI to strengthen cooperation by renewing the Memorandum of Understanding
Today, the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on technical bilateral cooperation between the European Union Intellectual Property Office, EUIPO and the National Intellectual Property Center Sakpatenti of Georgia has been renewed for another 4 years.
The purpose is to continue developing stronger cooperation ties between both offices and implement activities such as sharing experiences in intellectual property administration in order to strengthen the IP systems and services for the benefit of the European Union and Georgian users.
The signature of this MOU will foster and reinforce the existing collaboration in the field of IP rights (IPR) between both IP offices, a key element to support the EU policy in the sphere of international cooperation.
