Seminar on Convergence of Practices (CP8 – CP10)

The European Union Intellectual Property Network (EUIPN) has created several common practices ensuring that applications for trade mark and design registrations, as well as examination, are consistent across EU national and regional IP offices. Besides those adopted in 2020, Sakpatenti has expressed interest in exploring the adoption of new trade mark and design practices available for non-EU IP offices.

Therefore, the EUGIPP will organise a seminar addressed mainly to Sakpatenti staff, but also open to IP users, on the EU common practices on trade marks and designs.
