Comparative study of the EU and Georgian legislations on copyright

The purpose of this activity is to do a comparative study of the Georgian and EU copyright systems. The study will assess the level of approximation between the European and Georgian law and analyse the divergences between the two systems.

The expected result of the project is to understand the respective differences between the two law structures with the ultimate goal of proposing legal amendments to facilitate the approximation of the Georgian law on copyright to the European standards.
