Capacity development of human resources

The main purpose of this activity is to reinforce HR policies within Sakpatenti as part of the ISO certification process. Within this framework, following two main actions will be carried out during the AWP 2021.

  • Exchanging best practices with the EUIPO HR department, notably about processes and working documents which entail:
    1. recruitment
    2. professional life within the organisation
    3. medical and health support
    4. ethics, integrity and anti-fraud
    5. work life balance
    6. consultancy and interim services.
  • Contracting a Georgian service provider to support Sakpatenti in reinforcing the HR processes in the areas of staff objectives, performance indicators, appraisal system, communication and training for HR managers.
