Alignment of common practices with the European Union Intellectual Property Network

Sakpatenti is at the forefront of non-EU countries who have already adopted several of the European Intellectual Property Network (EUIPN) practices. This demonstrates the level of commitment and ongoing efforts to approximate Georgian legislation to European IP standards.

The EUGIPP will support Sakpatenti to assess other EUIPN practices and the extent to which these could be adopted. The project will also provide translation services to publish and promote the Common Practices in Georgian for IP stakeholders.
