CARIFORUM consultation workshop

Representatives of the Intellectual Property Offices of CARIFORUM were invited to the EUIPO headquarters in Alicante for a consultation workshop held during 10-14 December 2018.

The workshop provided for a collaborative platform that promoted and reinforced cooperation between the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the Intellectual Property Offices of CARIFORUM, by means of knowledge and experience sharing sessions concerning tools and practices.

Moreover, the workshop served as an opportunity to exchange views and identify future milestones to be achieved together under the future EU funded project, and the Strategic Plan 2020 of the Office.

It targeted senior staff from the management and decision-making level, and staff from technical and core-business (trade marks/ designs/ geographical indications).
