IP Case Law Conference

Based on the success of the IP Case Law Conference (IPCLC) 2020, the activity will allow more IP practitioners from Georgia to participate in the IPCLC 2022 and benefit from the opportunity to meet again with high qualified experts in the IP field from all around the globe.

This will be an opportunity to participate in an international forum on substantive and procedural issues of trade mark and design dispute resolutions. As with previous conferences, the IPCLC will be designed to be as innovative and user-focused as possible. It will be held in an interactive format with ample opportunity for questions from the audience.
